Earlier today, Mike Lloyd at News 1130 ran a story on the Tag Your ‘Hood contest:
Vancouver looking for neighbourhood emblems
Part of online contest until June 24th
VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The City of Vancouver is looking for symbols for each of its 26 neighbourhoods. This is all part of a city contest called Tag Your Hood.
The emblems will eventually be used on the city’s website. The idea behind the competition is for Vancouver to find a new, online way of connecting with people.
