Share

The Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC)—Canada’s leading public safety educator— are developing their next five-year (2015-2020) Strategic Plan. The plan will serve as a roadmap for future initiatives and activities, and the Institute welcomes diverse input for consideration when developing the Plan. JIBC is a public post-secondary institute with a focused mandate in justice and public safety. Training and education ranges from short courses and employment training through to graduate certificates, and everything in between.
In order for JIBC’s activities to best serve the various professions and fields in justice and public safety, JIBC is seeking stakeholder input to make sure the Institute continues to educate and train the highest standard of job-ready professionals and meet the needs of the communities they support. They welcome responses from those various groups, agencies, and organizations: government, partners, industry and students, past and present, to help in shaping future directions. With stakeholder and community input, this plan will be comprehensive and reflect the education and public safety trends in order to best contribute to communities.
