Alex is excited to join the PlaceSpeak team as he feels that his personal concerns around the declining trend of public participation in the democratic processes in local and provincial affairs can be addressed with the platform. Alex sees PlaceSpeak as a practical tool to accommodate the time stressed citizens to stay current in their domestic political affairs at their convenience. According to Alex:

Knowing that the PlaceSpeak solution offers participants the security they would want in an online consultation platform should ease their minds and encourage a meaningful dialog with their neighbouring citizens. In turn, the platform will generate the quality feedback that proponents are seeking.
